JOSH CLOUTHIER - GENERAL MANAGER
Josh has a long history with automotive batteries having grown up working with family who owned a small retail battery chain. Eventually, Josh went to work for Interstate's All Battery Centers which focuses on specialized battery applications for both retail and commercial applications. Josh was hired in as the Sales Manager and is now General Manager.
BOB BOERKOEL - ROUTE SALES MANAGER
Bob represents Interstate on the East side of our territory with primary responsibility for Macomb County. His unique approach to customer service has greatly strengthened the relationship of each of the customers he services. Bob is an avid sportsman and understands the importance of teamwork.
KIM MILTIMORE-MEASEL - OFFICE MANAGER
Kim grew up working in the family business alongside Chris. She holds an Associates degree in Health Science. After raising 4 children, she brings hard work and enthusiasm to her current responsibilities. She gets great satisfaction from providing outstanding customer service and helping to build positive team relationships.
MIKE VERTIN - WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Mike has primary responsibility for our used battery (ECONO) production. He comes to Interstate with several years experience producing used batteries for a local competitor. Mike also has responsibility for warehouse inventory management, shipping & receiving and assisting in other areas as required.
CHRIS GELINEAU - OPERATIONS MANAGER
As the head engine builder for Roush Racing, one of the most winning race teams in professional motorsports, Chris learned the value and importance of team work. Chris began his career at Interstate Batteries as the General Market Manager for a corporate owned location. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and depth to our team and his primary focus is on operational excellence and developing "Best Practice" operations.
ROB POLMEAR - ROUTE SALES MANAGER
Rob is the face of our company within his territory. He's on the road every day delivering Outrageously Dependable service to each of his customers. He takes his responsibilities seriously and continuously looks for new opportunities to serve. Rob has primary responsibility for Oakland County, Michigan.
MARSHALL McDONNELL - ASSISTANT ROUTE SALES MANAGER & BULK DELIVERIES
A jack of all trades, Marshall is a crucial part of our team. He provides "Hot Shot" service to our Dealers when their Route Sales Manager cannot get there helping to deliver on our Mission of being "First Choice" in the metro Detroit area. Marshall also delivers bulk (pallet quanties) product to some of our largest customers. He is often found in the warehouse and also on the road making him one of the most versatile members of the team.
JIM FITZ - NATIONAL ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST
Jim is our second longest tenured team member with more that 15 years of experience. Jim has also had a wide variety of responsibilities from warehouse to route sales to his current responsibility of managing the O.E. replacement part of our operation. Jim delivers Outrageous Dependability every day and has significantly enhanced our relationships with the many new car Dealerships that we are proud to have as customers.
DAVE FURMAN - WAREHOUSE MANAGER
As our longest tenured team member, Dave has seen many changes within the organization. Starting out by cleaning batteries and sweeping floors, Dave has served in a number of positions during his more than 25+ years. A beloved Route Sales Manager, Dave spent most of his career building Dealer relationships and now serves the next generation of team members by providing leadership and effective organization of the warehouse operations.
CHRIS MILTIMORE, PRESIDENT STEPHANIE MILTIMORE, VICE-PRESIDENT & TREASURER
Chris & Stephanie Miltimore purchased the business in June of 2000.from Chris's mother and father. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. Prior to the purchase of the business, Chris held a variety of jobs within the company from warehouse associate to Route Manager to Vice-President of Operations and Stephanie was Office Manager for a number of years. Both find the challenge of business ownership very rewarding.
AARON (TURTLE) CURTIS - WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Aaron, affectionately nicknamed Turtle, assists Dave Furman in keeping our warehouse operations on schedule and running efficiently. His duties include inventory accountability and assisting other team members as required.
Rosie is our team mascot. A very loving Golden Retriever, she often prowls around the office in search of affection and the occasional treat. She loves greeting our customers so if you happen to stop by our office, you will most likely have the chance to meet her. Bring her a Milkbone and you'll have a friend forever.
